Feelings behind tangled come to me quite quick.
Being at the hospital and not be able to do anything. Authorities want You to fill forms, You have to pay bills and take care of Your life as usual but You can´t.
No one will take it over even for just a little while.
At that time (2009) people where really scared when they find out that i was sick. Somehow cancer is frightening for many of us and trust me it was for me too.
To be in a situation where you actually can´t do so much is terrifying and no matter what you do you simply have no choice.
How to break free?

black MEDOW
When i think about medow i feel freedom, sun, picnic and friends.
Being sick and unable to feel this freedom is a terrible feeling.
I felt frozen in time, unable to to feel anything but sickness and chemo thru my veins. Lying on my hospital bed dreaming my self out to the free nature.
This is how this piece come to life.
I will be more then happy if You interpret it your own way.

Strawberry lust
LUST
One of our basic human senses. No matter how bad You feel or how hard time you have, LUST is always coming back. I felt LUST for life, lust for food, lust for being good and do good.
LIFE IS LUST.
Here is LUST from the exhibition 2014 Oktober. It is the only one fine art print in color from this collection.

Thoughts on papper
Sins i was sick my self i could not be a donor. I was thinking a lot about how to make a difference by using my imagination and feelings. How to project to the viewer what it is like to be deep down in your thoughts. And the thoughts really where from sunny, lust to really dark ones.
I got an opportunity to be part of exhibition in a water tower in Malmö Sweden. The water tower celebrate 100 years. What a fantastic opportunity! I was IN!
Me and my two other friends who also presented their work was with me on this journey.
Here is an article about it(in swedish).
Money collected from sales was donated to Swedish help organisation Tobias Registret.
My thought there was to raise awareness and collect money to help others sins i my self was in remission for 5 years.
Here is some of the art, inspired by leukemia.
Tell me what You feel.

How it all began .....
Here is my story from DELETE BLOOD CANCER, unseen thoughts is all about what i felt and what i have been thru. Everything started 2009 when i realize how short life can be. I started with self portraits and then i include my self in to the unseen world.
As an avid photographer, Nelly has always been intrigued by the ability to capture a unique story within a picture. Nelly’s friends note that she is one of the "most inspiring people you will ever meet” and that “she has the ability to make every person in a room feel welcomed and acknowledged.”
In 2009, Nelly was diagnosed with Leukemia. During this terrifying time of pain and chemo treatments, Nelly found comfort in her friends, family, and photography. Finally, after months of treatment, Nelly was able to beat her leukemia and went into remission.
Six years later, the peace Nelly found upon her remission was shattered. Nelly's cancer had returned and her only chance at survival is to receive a bone marrow transplant. Nelly continues to capture every moment of her cancer journey including her search for a stranger who could be her matching donor.
You may ask what gear i use and it is very simple.
It is a Nikon D700, all time favorit lens SIGMA 24-70mm f2.8 and Nikon 50mm f1.8 and lots of sun light.
